Go to Contacts in the side menu, navigate to the specific list you want to export, click More actions, then select Export list. SleekFlow generates a CSV with all contact properties as column headers. Export progress appears at the bottom left of the screen. Exports are per-list — repeat for each contact list separately.

This is aggregated data, not raw message-level history. Two methods: (1) On the Broadcasts page, hover over a campaign, click the three-dot menu, and select Export .CSV. (2) Open a broadcast's settings, go to the History tab, and click Export .CSV in the top right. The CSV includes per-recipient data: contact name, delivery status (Sent/Delivered/Read/Replied/Failed), phone number, labels, last updated, and remarks. WeChat, SMS, and Telegram channels do not report Read delivery status.
