About Converge
Converge is customer support software for small teams. It brings nine messaging channels — website widget, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, Zalo, Discord, Email and X — into one inbox, with AI replies, SLA tracking and CSAT included, for $49/month flat covering up to 15 agents. What does Converge build?
Converge builds one product: a shared support inbox with a website chat widget attached to the front of it.
A small support team's real problem is rarely a missing feature — it is that the conversation lives in six places. A customer asks on the website widget, follows up on WhatsApp, then replies to an email, and nobody on the team has the whole thread. Converge exists to collapse that into one screen with the history intact.
Everything else follows from that: the widget captures visitors before they message, AI drafts the repetitive answers and can handle the easy ones outright, SLA and CSAT tell you whether the team is actually keeping up. The full inventory is on the features page.
Who is it built for?
Converge is built for teams of about 3 to 15 support agents — large enough that a shared mailbox breaks down, small enough that enterprise ticketing workflows are overhead rather than help.
In practice that means e-commerce and SaaS businesses whose customers message on WhatsApp or Instagram, communities that live on Discord or Telegram, and businesses in Southeast Asia where Zalo is the default channel. Those are the channels most support platforms either omit or gate behind an enterprise plan.
We are equally clear about who it is not for. Solo founders can usually get by with a free widget. Large contact centres need queue management, workforce scheduling and voice — none of which Converge has, and none of which it is trying to add.
Why flat pricing?
Flat pricing exists because per-seat billing makes staffing your support desk a budget decision, and support quality is mostly a staffing problem.
$49/month covers up to 15 team members, with every feature in the single plan and a 7-day trial that does not ask for a card. There is no AI tier, no SLA tier and no channel unlock. The honest trade-off: if you have one agent, per-seat tools with free plans will cost you less than we do. See pricing for the details.

Frequently asked questions
Support teams of roughly 3 to 15 people at B2B and B2C companies — typically businesses already answering customers on WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram, and businesses that have outgrown per-seat pricing on Zendesk, Intercom or Freshdesk. Below three agents a shared mailbox is often enough; well above fifteen you likely need workflow tooling Converge deliberately does not have.
Email [email protected]. That address reaches the same inbox the product is built around, so a reply comes from a person rather than a ticket queue. Existing customers can also message from inside the app.
Per-seat pricing punishes you for adding the teammate who would have answered faster. Flat pricing means the cost of your support tool does not change when you hire, so the decision to add an agent is about workload rather than software budget. The trade-off is honest: at one or two agents Converge is not the cheapest option available.
No, and that is a design decision rather than a missing feature. Converge is an inbound support inbox: WhatsApp is reply-only, and there is no bulk-messaging or campaign tooling. If you need outbound sequences, you need a different category of product.
