Standard ($12/user/mo): 2 shared inboxes, email and live chat, 1 knowledge base, standard reporting, round-robin auto-assignment. Limited to 25 users. Plus ($20/user/mo): 5 shared inboxes, 10 free Lite Users, AI summarize/sentiment/tagging/writing assist, SLA management, business hours, team assignments, premium integrations (HubSpot, Jira, Salesforce). Pro ($35/user/mo): 25 shared inboxes, 50 free Lite Users, data exports, enterprise security, skill-based auto-assignment, dedicated account manager, quarterly training and optimization reviews.
Hidden Costs and Restrictions
All Groove plans require annual billing — there's no true month-to-month option at the advertised prices. AI Draft credits cost $0.25 each on top of the Plus and Pro subscription. Data exports are only available on the Pro tier ($35/user/mo), meaning Standard and Plus users cannot bulk-export their own data. Premium integrations like HubSpot and Salesforce require the Plus plan or higher.
Real Cost Scenarios
A 5-agent team on Plus: $100/month ($1,200/year). A 10-agent team on Plus: $200/month ($2,400/year). On Pro (needed for data exports and enterprise security): 5 agents cost $175/month ($2,100/year), 10 agents cost $350/month ($4,200/year). Add AI Draft credits for a team sending 50 AI-assisted replies per day and you're looking at an extra $250+/month.
What Groove Doesn't Include at Any Price
No tier of Groove includes WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, or Zalo integration. The channel support is limited to email, live chat, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram DMs. If your customers use modern messaging apps, you'll need a different platform regardless of which Groove plan you choose. Converge includes all messaging channels, AI suggestions, and data export capabilities at $49/month flat for up to 15 agents.
