No SLA management, no CSAT surveys, and no data export tools. Suite Growth ($89/agent/mo): Adds SLA management, multilingual support, self-service portal, and multiple ticket forms. Suite Professional ($115/agent/mo): Adds skills-based routing, advanced analytics, HIPAA compliance, and CSAT surveys. Suite Enterprise ($169/agent/mo): Sandbox environment, custom roles, audit logs, and up to 300 help centers.

Add-On Costs That Multiply Per Agent

Zendesk's base price is just the starting point. Copilot (AI-powered agent assistance): $50/agent/month extra. Quality Assurance: $35/agent/month. Workforce Management: $25/agent/month. Advanced Data Privacy: $50/agent/month. A 5-agent team on Suite Growth with Copilot pays ($89 + $50) × 5 = $695/month. AI Resolution Fees

Every Suite plan includes a limited number of "automated resolutions" (AI-handled conversations). Suite Team and Growth include just 5 per agent per month. Suite Professional includes 10, Enterprise includes 15. Beyond the included amount, you pay $1.50 per committed resolution or $2.00 per pay-as-you-go resolution. For a team handling hundreds of chats daily, these fees add up quickly and unpredictably.

Annual Billing Lock-In
