Re:amaze Pricing: What You Actually Pay

Re:amaze uses per-user-per-month pricing across three main tiers, plus a flat-rate Starter plan with a conversation cap. The per-user model means every additional agent directly increases your monthly bill, and key features like CSAT surveys, co-browsing, and staff performance reporting are locked behind the most expensive tier.

Four Plans, Steep Feature Gating

Basic ($29/user/mo): Unlimited email inboxes, live chat, social media channels, FAQ, workflow automation, response templates, chatbots, Cues, basic reporting. Limited to 1 brand. Pro ($49/user/mo): Adds multiple brands, Live View of site visitors, advanced reporting, SMS and voice channels (via Twilio), custom hosted domain, status page. Plus ($69/user/mo): Adds Peek (live screensharing/co-browsing), departments, staff performance reporting, staff shifts and vacation days, customizable roles, CSAT ratings, in-chat video calls, FAQ edit history. Starter ($59/mo flat): All Basic features for unlimited team members, but capped at 500 responded conversations per month.

The Starter Plan Trap

Re:amaze's Starter plan at $59/month flat with unlimited team members looks appealing, but it's limited to 500 responded conversations per month. For context, a team handling 25 conversations per day hits this cap in 20 working days — before the month is over. Once you exceed 500 conversations, you need to upgrade to a per-user plan. The Starter plan also only includes Basic-tier features — no advanced reporting, no SMS/voice, no multi-brand support.

Per-User Costs Scale Fast

On the Pro plan ($49/user/mo), a 3-person team costs $147/month, a 5-person team costs $245/month, and a 10-person team costs $490/month. On Plus ($69/user/mo), those same teams cost $207, $345, and $690 respectively. Annual billing saves 10% (bringing Pro to $44.10/user/mo and Plus to $62.10/user/mo), but requires upfront commitment. Features many teams consider essential — CSAT surveys, staff shift management, role customization, and co-browsing — require the Plus tier.

WhatsApp Adds Twilio Costs

Re:amaze's WhatsApp integration requires a Twilio account. Twilio charges separately for WhatsApp messaging — typically $0.005 per message for session messages and higher rates for template messages, plus monthly phone number fees. This means your WhatsApp support costs are the Re:amaze subscription plus Twilio's usage-based fees. Similarly, SMS and voice channels on the Pro plan are powered through Twilio or other third-party providers, each with their own per-message or per-minute charges.

Real Cost Comparison

A 5-person team needing CSAT surveys, staff scheduling, and multi-brand support on Re:amaze Plus: $345/month ($69 × 5). The same team on a platform with $49/month flat pricing for up to 15 agents saves $3,552/year — with CSAT, SLA tracking, and auto-routing included at no extra cost.
