Userlike (Lime Connect) Pricing: What You Actually Pay
Lime Connect uses bundled seat tiers with steep jumps between plans. The base prices look reasonable, but AI features, WhatsApp campaigns, and the gap between 4-seat and 10-seat plans push most growing teams toward the €290/mo Corporate tier or beyond.
Four Tiers with Fixed Seat Bundles
Free (€0): 1 seat, website chat only — no messaging apps, no email, no API. Team (€90/mo annual, €130/mo monthly): 4 seats, all channels including 2 WhatsApp numbers, live translation, video calls, basic API, Chatbot API. Corporate (€290/mo annual, €350/mo monthly): 10 seats, 4 WhatsApp numbers, analytics. Flex (custom pricing): 10+ seats, unlimited channels, SSO, skill-based routing, full API access, dedicated account manager.
AI Features Cost Extra — Significantly
Lime Connect's Connect AI is not included in any plan — it's an add-on starting from Team. The AI Agent (autonomous chatbot) costs €99/month and includes only 100 conversations. Teams handling 30+ conversations daily will exhaust this in under 4 days. The AI Copilot (reply suggestions, summaries) costs €19/month per operator. For a 5-person team: that's €95/mo just for Copilot. Combined AI costs can easily exceed the base plan price.
The €200 Jump Problem
Team caps at 4 seats. Need a 5th agent? You must upgrade to Corporate at €290/mo — a €200/mo increase for one additional seat. There's no option to add individual seats on Team. The same pattern repeats at Corporate: need more than 10 seats? You're on Flex with custom (typically higher) pricing. This makes Lime Connect increasingly expensive for teams in the 5-9 seat range.
Annual Billing Requirement
The advertised prices (€90 Team, €290 Corporate) require annual billing. Monthly billing increases costs significantly: Team jumps to €130/mo (44% more) and Corporate to €350/mo (21% more). If you're evaluating Lime Connect month-to-month before committing, you're paying the higher rate.
WhatsApp Campaigns Add Another Layer
The WhatsApp Campaigns add-on costs €39/month on top of your plan, plus Meta's per-message fees for business-initiated conversations. Team includes 100 proactive messages; beyond that, the add-on is required. This is a cost that doesn't exist on platforms focused purely on support (where WhatsApp is reply-only).
Real Cost for a Growing Team
A 6-person team needing messaging channels + AI assistance: Corporate at €290/mo (annual) + AI Copilot for 6 agents at €114/mo = €404/mo (~$438/mo). Add the AI Agent for automation: €503/mo (~$546/mo). Converge is $49/month flat for up to 15 agents with AI reply suggestions included — no per-seat charges, no AI add-ons, no conversation caps.
