The 3-User Wall
SleekFlow's Pro AI plan includes exactly 3 user accounts. Adding a 4th agent means upgrading to Premium AI at $349/month (5 user accounts). There's no middle tier — you jump from $149 to $349 with no option in between. For a small team that just needs one more seat, this is a $200/month penalty. Additional user add-ons are available but only on the Premium tier.
MAC Limits Hit Small Teams Too
The Pro AI plan starts with 500 Monthly Active Contacts. SleekFlow estimates that a business chatting with 20 unique customers per day uses about 450 MACs per month. If your team handles more than ~22 conversations per day, you'll exceed 500 MACs and need to purchase add-ons (up to 2,000 MACs on Pro) or upgrade to Premium (1,000 MACs base, expandable to 12,000).
