SleekFlow Pricing: What You Actually Pay
SleekFlow uses a Monthly Active Contact (MAC) pricing model combined with per-user limits. The Pro AI plan starts at $99/month (annual billing) for 500 MACs and 3 users, while the Premium AI plan costs $299/month for 1,000 MACs and 10 users.
Understanding MAC-Based Pricing
A "Monthly Active Contact" counts any contact who sends you a message, or receives a message via Inbox, Flow Builder, AI Agent, or API within a billing month. Contacts who only receive one-way broadcasts without replying are not counted. This sounds fair, but busy months can push you over your MAC limit unexpectedly — especially during sales campaigns when customer engagement spikes.
Plan Breakdown and User Limits
The Free plan gives 50 MACs and 3 users — fine for testing only. The Pro AI plan ($99/month annual) includes 500 MACs and 3 user accounts, with add-ons available up to 2,000 MACs. The Premium AI plan ($299/month annual) includes 1,000 MACs and 10 user accounts, expandable to 12,000 MACs. A team of 4+ agents on Pro AI must upgrade to Premium AI at $299/month — the Pro plan hard-caps at 3 users.
WhatsApp Hosting Fees
SleekFlow charges $15/month per WhatsApp number on paid plans (Free plan users get it for $0). On top of that, WhatsApp template message fees apply per Meta's rate card. If you connect 2 WhatsApp numbers on the Pro AI plan, your monthly cost becomes $99 + $30 = $129/month before any WhatsApp message fees.
Real Cost for Teams
A 3-person team on SleekFlow Pro AI: $99/month. A 5-person team needs Premium AI: $299/month (since Pro caps at 3 users). Add WhatsApp hosting and you're looking at $314/month minimum for 5 agents. Converge is $49/month flat for up to 15 agents — no per-contact limits, no per-number hosting fees, and no user account caps within the plan.
Yearly vs Monthly Billing
The prices above assume annual billing (saving up to 25%). Monthly billing is significantly more expensive. SleekFlow also promotes that a yearly AI plan costs the same as a monthly non-AI plan — pushing you toward annual commitments to access AI features.
Fair Use Policy on "Unlimited" Features
SleekFlow markets "unlimited" AI usage, broadcast messages, and Flow Builder usage on paid plans. However, all "unlimited" features are subject to their Fair Use Policy. While SleekFlow states this affects less than 1% of users, high-volume businesses should review the FUP terms to understand what thresholds trigger enforcement.
