Compare Pricing Before Switching
Part of the Zoho SalesIQ migration guide
Compare Zoho SalesIQ's per-seat pricing against flat-rate alternatives to understand the real cost of switching.
Zoho SalesIQ Pricing: What You Actually Pay (2026)
Zoho SalesIQ uses per-operator pricing across four tiers: Free ($0), Basic ($10/operator/month), Professional ($17/operator/month), and Enterprise ($25/operator/month) when billed annually. Monthly billing costs roughly 30% more.
Plan Breakdown
The Free plan gives you 3 operators and 100 chat sessions per month — fine for testing, but you hit the session cap quickly and you can't connect any messaging channels. The Basic plan ($10/operator/month annual) bumps sessions to 1,000/month, adds one Zobot chatbot (25K bot sessions), and unlocks messaging channels including Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, and WeChat. You need the Professional plan ($17/operator/month annual) for unlimited chat sessions, five chatbots, conversation monitoring, and Zia AI features like one-click chat summaries and the writing assistant. The Enterprise plan ($25/operator/month annual) adds the Answer Bot (powered by Zia or OpenAI/ChatGPT), 10 chatbots with 200K bot sessions, AI-driven criteria routing in Zobot, workflows, and chat translation.
Hidden Costs to Watch
Advertised prices require annual billing. Monthly billing adds roughly 30% on top. The Basic plan's 1,000 session/month cap can be a surprise — once you exceed it, visitors see "offline" even if operators are available. Each additional brand costs an extra brand add-on fee on Basic, Professional, and Enterprise plans. Visitor tracking beyond the included tier (10K Free, 50K Basic, 100K Professional, 200K Enterprise) requires paid add-ons starting at the 100K bracket. Answer Bot conversations powered by the OpenAI integration on Enterprise also consume your own OpenAI API credits — those are billed by OpenAI, not Zoho.
Real Cost for a 5-Agent Team
On the Basic plan (the cheapest tier that unlocks messaging channels): 5 operators × $10/month = $50/month (annual billing). Step up to Professional for unlimited sessions and Zia AI: 5 × $17 = $85/month. Enterprise with Answer Bot: 5 × $25 = $125/month. That same team on Converge costs $49/month flat — with all messaging channels included and no per-operator charges for up to 15 team members. The breakeven point versus SalesIQ Professional is right around 3 operators ($51/month).
Note: Zoho SalesIQ pricing has changed over time, so your current plan may differ from what's listed on their pricing page today. Check your Zoho billing dashboard for your actual per-operator rate.
