Zoho SalesIQ uses per-operator pricing across four tiers: Free ($0), Basic ($10/operator/month), Professional ($17/operator/month), and Enterprise ($25/operator/month) when billed annually. Monthly billing costs more.

Plan Breakdown

The Free plan gives you 3 operators and 100 chat sessions per month — fine for testing, but you hit the session cap quickly. The Basic plan ($10/operator/month annual) bumps sessions to 1,000/month and adds a custom chatbot, but messaging channels like WhatsApp and Telegram are not included. You need the Professional plan ($17/operator/month annual) for messaging channel integrations, unlimited chat sessions, and the full Zobot chatbot builder. The Enterprise plan ($25/operator/month annual) adds custom reports, a dedicated IP, and advanced Zobot capabilities.

Hidden Costs to Watch

Advertised prices require annual billing. Monthly billing costs roughly 20-35% more. The Basic plan's 1,000 session/month cap can be a surprise — once you exceed it, visitors see "offline" even if operators are available. Extra brands beyond the included limit cost $10/brand/month on Professional and Enterprise plans. Visitor monitoring beyond the included 50K-200K visitors/month tier may incur additional charges.

Real Cost for a 5-Agent Team

On the Professional plan (the minimum for messaging channels): 5 operators × $17/month = $85/month (annual billing). That same team on Converge costs $49/month flat — with all messaging channels included and no per-operator charges for up to 15 agents. If you're on the older pricing tiers ($39/operator/month Professional), the gap is even larger: $195/month for 5 agents.
