Mevrik Pricing: What You Actually Pay
Mevrik uses per-seat pricing across four tiers — Starter, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise — with AI features, knowledgebase, and advanced capabilities gated behind higher plans or separate add-ons. The advertised starting price doesn't reflect the true cost for a team that needs AI assistance.
Four Plans, Steep Jumps Between Tiers
Starter ($49/user/mo, $37 annually): Unified inbox, CRM, CSAT surveys, smart routing, business hours, prebuilt reports. Growth ($99/user/mo, $74 annually): Adds skill-based routing, comments management, segmentation, audit logs, side conversations, 20 lite users, and comment moderation. Pro ($155/user/mo, $116 annually): Adds AI Agent, AI Assist, Smart Translation, AI Analytics, AI QA Management, audio transcriber, article generator, webhooks, and IP restrictions. Enterprise (custom pricing): Data export and backup, dedicated servers, priority support. The jump from Starter to Growth nearly doubles your per-seat cost, and reaching Pro — where the AI features actually live — triples it.
AI Features: Add-On or Pro-Only
Mevrik's AI capabilities (Smart Reply, Translator, Tone Changer, Reply Generator, Sentence Extender, Grammar Fix, Conversation Summary, Auto-Pilot) are included on the Pro plan. On Starter and Growth, you can purchase the AI Agent add-on separately at $10 per 20,000 words. This word-based billing means costs fluctuate with your support volume — a busy month with verbose conversations drains the quota faster. The Knowledgebase add-on costs an additional $35/month for unlimited articles on any plan. CSAT is included with all packages.
Real Cost for a 5-Agent Team
A 5-agent team on Starter: $245/month ($185/mo annually). Add the AI Agent add-on ($10) and Knowledgebase ($35): $290/month. On Growth with add-ons: $530/month ($405/mo annually). On Pro (AI included): $775/month ($580/mo annually). For a 10-agent team on Starter with add-ons: $535/month. Growth with add-ons: $1,035/month. Pro: $1,550/month. These costs scale linearly — every new hire adds $49–$155/month to your bill.
Annual Billing Saves 25%, but Locks You In
Mevrik offers a 25% discount for annual billing across all plans. The advertised prices prominently feature the annual rates ($37, $74, $116/user/mo), but monthly billing is significantly more expensive ($49, $99, $155/user/mo). Plan switches are limited to two changes per calendar month, with prorated charges for mid-cycle switches. This means you can't freely test different tiers — commit carefully. Mevrik uses Stripe for payment processing, accepting major credit cards and bank transfers in USD, GBP, and EUR.
Converge: Flat Rate Comparison
Converge charges $49/month flat for up to 15 agents — the same price as a single Mevrik Starter seat. A 5-agent team saves $2,352–$8,712/year depending on which Mevrik tier they'd need. AI reply suggestions and translation are included at no extra charge, with no word-based quotas. There's no annual commitment required, and the 14-day free trial needs no credit card.
