How to Export Your Data from Mevrik

Mevrik's data export capabilities depend heavily on your plan tier. Full "Data export and backup" is listed as an Enterprise-only feature. On Starter, Growth, and Pro plans, you'll need to use the Reports section and CRM tools to extract what you can before switching.

Export CRM Contacts

Mevrik's CRM section provides access to detailed contact lists with segmentation capabilities. Navigate to the CRM section in your Mevrik dashboard to view and filter contacts by segments you've created. You can export contact data including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and custom properties. If you've used Mevrik's auto-segmentation feature to categorize customers, note your segment definitions — you'll recreate these as tags on your new platform.

Export Reports and Performance Data

The Reports section in Mevrik allows you to analyze and export team performance data. This includes agent metrics, response times, and conversation volume statistics. Export these reports before canceling your account — they serve as a baseline for comparing performance after your migration. Prebuilt dashboards are available on all plans, but the depth of exportable analytics varies by tier.

Conversation History

Bulk conversation export is not readily available on self-service plans. If you need a complete archive of past conversations, check Mevrik's documentation or contact their support team about export options for your specific plan. On Enterprise plans, the "Data export and backup" feature provides comprehensive data extraction. For lower tiers, you may need to manually save critical conversation threads or use Mevrik's API (available on Pro plans with webhook and integration access) to retrieve conversation data programmatically.

Knowledgebase Articles

If you purchased the Knowledgebase add-on ($35/month for unlimited articles), your published articles, FAQs, and draft content need to be saved before leaving. Mevrik's knowledgebase supports rich HTML content, media files, and custom branding. Copy each article's content manually or use the API to retrieve article data. If you used Mevrik's AI Article Generator to create content, the generated articles are yours — save the final published versions, not the AI prompts.

Document Automations and Settings

Screenshot or manually record your Smart Routing rules, Dispositions (conversation categorization labels), Agent Personas configurations, Business Hours settings, and any CSAT survey customizations. If you used Mevrik's Mev AI Agent with trained knowledge sources, save the original training materials — FAQ documents, website URLs, and custom entries you provided. These configurations don't transfer automatically and will need to be recreated on your new platform.

Tip: If you're on a lower-tier plan, consider reaching out to Mevrik support before canceling to request a data export. Some platforms provide courtesy exports during account closure even when it's not a standard self-service feature.
