Hidden Costs: The Separate Product Ecosystem

LiveChat is part of the Text product family, and key features require purchasing separate subscriptions. ChatBot (automation) starts at ~$52/mo. HelpDesk (ticketing/email support) is a separate product since LiveChat's native ticketing was sunset in January 2025. KnowledgeBase (help center articles) is another separate subscription.
