This is the only plan available — there are no lower-cost tiers. A 3-agent team costs $237/month, a 5-agent team costs $395/month, and a 10-agent team costs $790/month in base seat fees alone.
AI Resolution Fees Add Up Fast
On top of seat costs, Kayako charges $1 per AI-resolved ticket. This applies when the AI agent "Kay" fully resolves a ticket without human involvement. Kayako supports email and live chat natively but lacks WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Discord, and Zalo.
