Hidden Costs That Add Up

Conversation overages: Every plan has a hard conversation cap. Exceeding 500/month on Boost or 1,500/month on Pro triggers per-conversation overage charges. A busy month during holiday season or a product launch can spike costs unpredictably. Voice add-on: Phone support isn't included in any plan — it's a separate paid add-on with its own per-minute or per-user pricing. Feature Gating Between Plans
