Small Business ($15/agent/mo annual): Includes ticketing, live chat, knowledge base, AI Answer Assistant, contact forms, and automation rules. Limited to 3 email addresses. No call center, no social media channels, no SLA management. Medium Business ($29/agent/mo annual): Adds call center with IVR, reports, proactive chat invitations, agent ratings, SLA management, and workflow automation. This is their most popular plan but still excludes social media integrations. Large Business ($49/agent/mo annual): Adds SSO, custom roles, time tracking, audit logs, and social media channel integrations (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Viber). Enterprise ($69/agent/mo annual): Adds dedicated account manager, priority support, branding-free setup, and custom billing.
The Social Media Channel Gate
If your team uses WhatsApp, Instagram, or Viber to communicate with customers, you need the Large Business plan at minimum — $49/agent/month. The Small and Medium plans don't include these social messaging integrations. For a 5-agent team needing WhatsApp support, that's $245/month before any add-ons. For 10 agents, it's $490/month. This single feature gate is what pushes many messaging-focused teams to higher tiers than they otherwise need.
Hidden Costs to Watch
Beyond the per-agent price, watch for: WhatsApp integration requires a third-party BSP (Twilio or 360dialog) with their own per-message fees. The annual vs monthly billing difference is substantial — a 5-agent Large Business team pays $245/month annually but $295/month on monthly billing ($600/year difference). Advanced AI features beyond the basic Answer Assistant may incur additional costs. Self-hosted installations have separate licensing.
