HappyFox Pricing: What You're Actually Paying

HappyFox uses per-agent pricing across four tiers, but the help desk product is just one piece. Live Chat, Chatbot, Workflows, Business Intelligence, and AI features are separate products with their own pricing — meaning your total cost can be significantly higher than the help desk sticker price.

Help Desk Plan Breakdown

Basic ($24/agent/month annual) — capped at 5 agents maximum. Includes unlimited tickets, SLA management, knowledge base, and SSO. No multi-brand support, no custom roles. Team ($49/agent/month annual) — adds multi-brand helpdesk (5 brands), custom email and domain, custom roles, 24/5 email support, and optional EU data center. Pro ($99/agent/month annual) — adds proactive agent collision, task management, asset management, scheduled tickets, IP-based restriction, load-balanced assignment, and 24/7 email support. Enterprise Pro (contact sales) — adds agent scripting, 2 TB storage, all-time reporting history, advanced audit logs, 24/7 phone support, and a customer success manager. All plans also offer 2-year prepaid discounts (Basic $21, Team $39, Pro $89/agent/month).

Separate Products Add Up Fast

HappyFox's chat widget, chatbot, workflow automation, business intelligence, Assist AI, and AI Contact Center are all sold separately with their own subscription pricing. If you need live chat on your website plus the help desk, you're paying for two products. If you want chatbot automation, that's a third subscription. This modular approach gives flexibility but makes total cost unpredictable — especially compared to all-in-one platforms where chat, automation, and AI are bundled.

Real Cost for Common Team Sizes

A 3-agent team on the Team plan pays $147/month ($49 × 3) for the help desk alone. A 5-agent team: $245/month. A 10-agent team: $490/month. Move to Pro for asset management and you're looking at $297/month for 3 agents, $495/month for 5, or $990/month for 10. Add HappyFox Chat and Chatbot and you could easily double those numbers. Converge offers all messaging channels, live chat widget, and AI features for $49/month flat — covering up to 15 agents with no add-on products to purchase.

Channel Limitations Increase True Cost

HappyFox Help Desk supports email, phone (via Aircall), WhatsApp (via Twilio — requires a separate Twilio account), Twitter/X, and Facebook. It does not support Telegram, Discord, Instagram DMs, or Zalo. If your customers use messaging apps beyond WhatsApp, you'll need additional tools or integrations, each adding cost and operational complexity to your support stack.
