Comm100 splits its platform into separate products — Live Chat and Ticketing & Messaging — each billed per agent per month. If you need both website chat and messaging channels like WhatsApp and Telegram, you pay for both products.
Live Chat Plans
Comm100 offers three Live Chat tiers: Startup at $39/agent/month ($31 annual), Plus at $69/agent/month ($55 annual), and Ultra at custom pricing. Startup gives you basic chat with one campaign and basic reporting. Plus adds chat routing, audio-video chat, chat wrap-ups, unlimited campaigns, and advanced reporting. Ultra adds screen sharing, agent shift management, and custom reporting. All prices are per agent — every new team member increases your bill.
Ticketing & Messaging: The Hidden Requirement
Live Chat plans only cover website chat. To manage WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, X, LINE, Signal, WeChat, SMS, and email, you need the separate Ticketing & Messaging product starting at $47/agent/month (annual billing). This means a team needing both website chat and messaging channels pays for two products per agent.
Add-On Costs Stack Up
Comm100's AI features are separate purchases: AI Copilot costs $23/agent/month, AI Insights starts at $80/month, AI Knowledge and AI Quality Assurance each start at $158/month, and AI Training starts at $80/month. The Knowledge Base is $8/month, Voice is $22/agent/month, and Queue Management is $30/agent/month. These add-ons can double or triple your base cost.
Real Cost for a 5-Agent Team
A 5-agent team on Live Chat Plus ($55/agent annual) + Ticketing & Messaging ($47/agent annual) pays $510/month. Add AI Copilot ($23/agent) and that becomes $625/month. On monthly billing with Live Chat Plus ($69/agent) + Ticketing & Messaging, you're looking at $580+/month before add-ons.
