Plan Breakdown

Basic (€52/user/mo): Omnichannel inbox, basic reporting, quick replies, auto-messages, email/SMS/WhatsApp/Messenger/Instagram/Telegram channels. Minimum 1 user. No live chat, no voice, no skills-based routing, no KPI dashboards. Advanced (€83/user/mo): Adds live chat, voice (add-on), 360° customer profiles with orders/products, skills-based routing, advanced reporting, bulk actions, and dynamic integrations. Minimum 5 users. Pro (€136/user/mo): Adds AI handover summaries, HALO AI assistant, auto-translations, full data warehouse access, IP-based login restrictions, and custom customer panels. Minimum 5 users.

Add-On Costs That Stack Up

Voice/VoIP: Available on Advanced and Pro as a paid add-on — not included in base price. Conversational AI Cloud: Separate product with its own pricing (starts at €1,000/month for HALO Core), required for advanced chatbot capabilities. Scripted chatbot: Add-on on all tiers. Enterprise SSO: Pro tier only, as an add-on. Realtime Wallboards: Pro tier add-on. Per-message fees for WhatsApp conversations and SMS delivery apply on top of all plans. Annual billing is mandatory — no monthly option.

The Minimum 5-User Trap

If you need features like live chat, skills-based routing, or customer profiles with order data, you're forced onto the Advanced plan — which requires at least 5 users. A 3-person team still pays for 5 seats: €415/month (€4,980/year). Even if you only have 2 agents who need the inbox, you're paying for 5.
