Compare Pricing Before Switching

Converge Converge Team

Part of the Dixa migration guide

Compare Dixa's per-seat pricing against flat-rate alternatives to understand the real cost of switching.

Dixa Pricing: What You Actually Pay

Dixa charges per agent per month across three tiers — Growth ($89), Ultimate ($139), and Prime ($179) — with AI products billed as separate add-ons. Annual billing saves 20%, but the per-seat model means costs scale linearly as your team grows.

Three Tiers with Feature Gating

Growth ($89/agent/mo): All channels (phone, email, chat, social), external knowledge base, SLAs, survey measurement, native integrations, business hours, and agent teams. Ultimate ($139/agent/mo): Adds routing with external data, standard AI intent detection, advanced automations, knowledge AI translations, macros, sandbox access, and third-party AI integrations. Prime ($179/agent/mo): Adds SSO (included, not add-on), advanced AI intent detection, advanced insights, custom user roles, multiple organizations, queue/claim restrictions, enterprise API limits, and outbound email templates. Key features like macros require Ultimate, and multi-organization support requires Prime.

AI Products Are Add-Ons

Dixa's AI features are not included in any plan by default. Mim AI Agent (autonomous chatbot for deflection) is priced based on conversation volume. AI Co-Pilot (smart replies, summaries, translation, writing assistant) is priced per agent seat. Quality Assurance and AI Auto QA are separate add-ons on all tiers. Voice Transcription is also an add-on. You need to "book a demo" to get pricing on any of these — Dixa doesn't publish add-on prices publicly.

SSO and Collaboration Costs

Single Sign-On (SSO) is an add-on on Growth and Ultimate, only included on Prime ($179/agent/mo). Collaboration Users (non-agent seats for stakeholders) and Seasonal Agents (temporary seats) are paid add-ons across all tiers. Advanced Insights (AI-powered analytics) is an add-on on Growth and Ultimate, included only on Prime.

Real Cost for a 5-Agent Team

Five agents on Growth: $445/month. Five agents on Ultimate (for macros and automations): $695/month. Five agents on Prime (for multi-org and SSO): $895/month. Add Mim AI Agent and Co-Pilot, and you're looking at costs well above $1,000/month. Converge is $49/month flat for up to 15 agents with AI reply suggestions included — no per-seat charges, no AI add-ons, no annual commitment required.

No Free Trial

Dixa doesn't offer a self-serve free trial. You must "book a demo" to discuss trial options with their sales team. This means you can't test the platform independently before committing. Monthly and annual billing are both available, with annual plans offering a 20% discount. Compare this with platforms that offer self-serve trials — for example, Converge provides a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, letting you fully evaluate the platform before making a decision.

Total Cost of Ownership

When budgeting for Dixa, add up: base per-agent cost, AI add-ons (Mim, Co-Pilot, QA), SSO if needed, collaboration user seats, and any seasonal agent surcharges. A realistic scenario for a 5-agent team wanting AI and SSO: $139 × 5 (Ultimate) + AI Co-Pilot + SSO add-on = easily $800–1,000+/month before AI agent costs. The lack of transparent pricing for add-ons makes it difficult to budget accurately without speaking to sales.
