Converge is a customer support platform that aggregates messaging from multiple platforms (including Telegram, Discord, Zalo, and others) into a unified interface for businesses. We provide tools for managing customer conversations, employee access, and integration with various messaging platforms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use Converge to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
• Spam or send unsolicited messages to customers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

Fair Use Policy: Converge is designed for human-to-human customer support communication. While we offer unlimited messaging, this is subject to fair use:

• Automated bot messaging, bulk messaging, or programmatic message generation is prohibited
• Using the platform as a data dump or for purposes other than customer support is not permitted
• Messages should be genuine conversations between your team and customers, or internal team communications
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the unlimited messaging policy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Converge, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. You retain ownership of your customer data and conversations.

Converge integrates with third-party platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and Zalo. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of service of those platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.

Certain features of Converge require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We are not liable for any interruption or loss of service.

All content, features, and functionality of Converge are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Converge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Converge and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of Converge after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
